Fill in the amount and the address where you want to receive the Bitcoins.
Once the request is made, check your mailbox (and your spam) to confirm your request by clicking on the link received.

Here are the different steps to follow:

To do so, please log in to your Paymium account, click on 'Transfer' then on 'Euro'. You will then be able to generate (if not already done) and see your personal Paymium IBAN.
As recipient of your transfer, please enter your first and last name.
Your funds must come from a personal bank account with your first and last name.
Joint accounts can be used but a proof of bank information with the names visible may be requested.

Transfers can take up to 72 working hours to be credited to Paymium accounts.
This is due to the banking system.

There are 2 possibilities:

1- Your individual Paymium IBAN is not yet created.
Please generate your IBAN by clicking on 'Generate your personal IBAN' and wait 1 to 2 minutes.
Then refresh the page so that your personal IBAN appears.
If you have any difficulty generating it, please contact us by ticket following this link.

2- Your individual Paymium IBAN is already created. You will be able to see it.

My bank refuses to make a transfer to my Paymium account, what can I do?

Some banks may refuse to make transfers to crypto-currency related companies.

We invite you to ask them for an explanation for the refusal and to specify that Paymium is registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) under no. E2021-011.

You can also tell them that you have a Paymium e-money account in your first and last name, where your euros are kept.

In addition, some banks accept that you sign a waiver concerning the investment in crypto-currencies. We invite you to ask your bank for more information.

If your bank still does not make your transfer, we invite you to credit your Paymium account from another bank account.

In order to ensure fast execution of your crypto-currency buy and sell orders, you have two separate euro accounts:
- Deposit account: allows you to deposit/withdraw your euros,
- Trading account: allows you to buy/sell crypto-currencies.
You need to transfer your euros between these two accounts depending on the transaction you want to make.
The transfer is almost instantaneous. It may be necessary to refresh the page.

How to do it?

From a computer
Simply go to this page or click on 'Transfer' and 'Internal transfers'. Finally, follow the instructions.

From a smartphone
Just click on the four parallel bars at the top left and on 'Internal transfer'. Then follow the instructions.

When you want to buy crypto-currency, make sure your trading account is credited.

And when you want to make a euro withdrawal to your bank account, make sure your deposit account is credited.

To do this, go to the drop-down menu, click on 'Transfer' and upload an official document from your bank with your name and bank details.

Once your bank details have been approved by our team, make sure that your deposit account is credited with euros.
Your euros might still be in your trading account. To transfer your euros from your trading account to your deposit account, please read this article.

Once your euros are in your deposit account, go to the 'Transfer' section of your account, under the 'Euro' tab.

Please fill in the amount you want to withdraw. Finally, you will need to click on the link received by email to confirm your withdrawal (check your spam folder if necessary).

If the receiver is a Paymium user, the transfer will be executed immediately. Otherwise, the receiver has one month to register and complete his profile before the transfer expires.

You can cancel a transfer that has not been executed at any time.

Sending money is restricted to the same limitations as a standard withdrawal. These limits serve to protect our users and can be modified upon request to our support  team.
