How do I log in to Paymium?

From 25 September, your Zebitex account will be fully transferred to Paymium. When you log in for the first time, you will need to create a new password by entering the email address associated with your Zebitex account on the following link: create a new password

I don't see my balance on Paymium?

Over the next few days, your assets will be migrated. Your wallet on Paymium will therefore be empty for the duration of the procedure. Rest assured, your funds will remain safe throughout the transfer phase.
The balances will gradually synchronise and you will be able to access them from 25 September.

How long does it take to verify my profile?

Following your first connection, the documents linked to your Zebitex profile will be verified by Paymium. If your profile is up to date, you will not need to provide any additional documents and your account will be fully validated. If not, you can complete this verification process via our portal.
Verification requires a valid ID and takes just a few minutes on a smartphone. In both cases, this verification phase takes up to 48 business hours.

I have funds on Zebitex, should I transfer them?

Throughout the migration phase, your funds are safe and secure. Cryptocurrencies offered in the various Paymium services (BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC) will be automatically transferred from 25 September, while others will be converted into stablecoin USDC before being credited to Paymium.

Lastly, the euros in your Zebitex account will be credited in EURCV, the Euro stablecoin issued by Société Générale.

Exemple :

Mrs X has in her portfolio:

0,2 BTC, 1 ETH, 300 EUR, 500 units of ABC token.

She will find on her Paymium account:

0.2 BTC, 1 ETH, 300 EURCV, and the equivalent of 500 ABC converted into USDC.

I already have a Paymium account. What should I do?

If you already have a Paymium account, please check that it is registered with the same email address as your Zebitex account. If this is not the case, please contact our support by ticket or at [email protected].
