How do I create an account for my association?

On Paymium, you have the possibility of creating a business account for your association. Having a crypto-asset account for your association offers many advantages.

Advantages

  • Allows you to invest your cash holdings in crypto-assets
  • Allows you to receive payments or donations directly in crypto-assets
  • Allows you to obtain crypto-assets in order to pay a supplier (via an unhosted wallet previously owned by the association. No direct transfer from Paymium to the service provider will be possible)

How

To create your association account, simply go to this page https://account.paymium.com/sign-up and create your business account by following the steps.

Required documents

  • A copy of the association's articles of association, signed or certified as true copies;
  • A copy of the official registration number dated less than three months ago;
  • A color copy of a valid identity document belonging to the association's director mentioned in the articles of association: identity card (front and back) or passport (page with photo) or residence permit (front and back). A driving licence without an expiry date cannot be accepted as an identity document;
  • A color copy of an invoice in the name of the association mentioned in the articles of association (water, gas, electricity, internet, telephone operator), dated less than three (3) months ago and corresponding to the association listed on the status notice. If the association is hosted at a board member's home, a color copy of an invoice in the board member's name (water, gas, electricity, internet, telephone operator), dated less than three (3) months ago and corresponding to the association listed on the status notice;
  • Proof of economic activity (tax return package, balance sheet / income statement) or the association's latest bank statement during the first year of activity;
  • A list of the board members;
  • Identity documents and proof of address for the board members;
  • Bank account details for the association's bank account.
