Please log in to your account and click on “Deposit/Withdraw”, then “Withdraw" and "Manage your IBAN"
For security reasons, you will need to register a bank account statement (RIB) with the bank header, your name, and your IBAN clearly visible.
It will then be verified by our team within a maximum of 48 hours.
You will then be able to use it for your withdrawals.
